A native of Perth, Western Australia, Damon moved permanently from Australia to the United States in 2003. His last position in Australia was in Port Melbourne, Victoria working at the General Motors (Holden) corporate office working on the public relations internal team. He began his retail automotive career in the United States at John Bleakley Ford in Lithia Springs, GA in 2004. This experience would provide him with the much needed insights and valuable understanding of the retail automotive side of the business.

This would ultimately become the springboard that would shape the future of Damon's career on the automotive agency side of the business. Over the next 20 plus years, Damon has held several key executive leadership roles across North America as Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Chief Agency Officer for multiple public and privately held nationwide Tier III automotive full-service advertising agencies. Damon has led some of the most trusted and well respected full-service agency teams industry wide and served some of the largest dealership groups in the nation. Damon has also served several of the highest volume dealerships in the nation, including six dealerships that were number one in volume in the entire nation for their specific brand - brands they represented. Damon has also become a trusted advisor for some of the most well respected F&I companies, M&A firms, OEM leaders and respective field associates across the country.

His proven, transparent, client first, and results orientated approach (Consolidate, Collaborate, and Dominate) has helped thousands of dealers coast to coast dominate in their respective markets and sell and service hundreds, sometimes thousands more vehicles.
