GigaHouse is a super insulated steel framed building system (steel is the most recycled material on earth) utilizing GigaPanel components and it is so energy efficient that a GigaHouse will exceed ICF construction in thermal qualities.
GigaPanel is NOT a SIP’S panel. GigaCrete EPS panels utilize our patented structural steel stud connection system. However the structure is considered a “Steel framed” building system with “Rigid Insulation, isolating and encapsulating the structural steel studs and patented connectors” and is signed off by a local registered structural engineer (PE) and utilizes ICC approved steel studs and EPS foam. We have eliminated measuring each stud typical to conventional framing practices. We build with the insulation panels first which locate each structural stud component, making the installation very fast and right the first time.

Where drywall is the substrate, PlasterMax™ Abuse-Resistant Interior Veneer Plaster in a single product application, provides the ultimate resistance to abrasions far exceeding abuse type drywall. This product is formulated for industrial strengths exceeding 8,500 psi and provides an attractive, smooth or textured finish over a variety of other substrates, such as gypsum board, cement board, CMU block, mag-board, fiber board, monolithic concrete and unit masonry. Typical application thicknesses are 3/16″ depending on the need for extreme abuse resistance.

StuccoMax™ is a true one-coat waterproof stucco designed to adhere directly to any EPS foam, CMU block, DensGlass, Securock, cement block, concrete, stucco and other building materials. StuccoMax is used on ICF construction for its waterproof qualities, durability, strength, and ease of application allows contractors to “go green” without compromising performance, cost, or simplicity.
StuccoMax exterior wall finish coating performs beyond any conventional exterior stucco in the market today with excellent water resistance, permeability, impact and abrasion resistance as well as resistance to mold and mildew. It is the perfect choice for exterior applications, as well as a bonding agent and mortar for manufactured (cultured) stone facings.

BallistiCrete™ NIJ Level 3 and NIJ Level 4 bulletproof coating is a plaster mix with exceptional ballistic impact resistance. Our Ballistic panels have superior ceramic like strength and hardness qualities that are designed to offer ballistic protection against all handgun bullets, most rifle bullets, and armor piercing rounds.
It is environmentally friendly while providing strength, durability and economy. It forms a strong bond to many substrate materials such as cement blocks, cement board, gypsum board (drywall) brick and stucco with tensile and bond strength exceeding the strength of the substrate in many cases.
It can be applied as a single coat from 5/8” or incrementally layered up to 2” thick depending on application. A paint finish is recommended after complete curing has taken place in 5 days. BallistiCrete is a natural off white color and is pre-blended and mixed with conventional plaster mixing equipment. It can be pumped and sprayed or hand troweled.
