Salon Policies

In order for us to provide you with the exceptional service experience that you deserve, we have implemented the following policies to ensure an environment of mutual respect and integrity.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

We require a valid credit card on file in order to reserve an appointment and when scheduling services online. Services with a $400+ value and/or that require 4+ hours to complete requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.

A confirmation Text and/or Email is sent out upon booking an appointment. A reminder Text and/or E-mail is sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment. For your convenience, a link is included in all the messages to manage your appointment online. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a 24-hour notice is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Please factor additional time into your schedule to navigate potentially heavy traffic and construction. If you anticipate being more than 7 minutes late, we ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the delay, but depending on the circumstance, we have reserve the right by abbreviate, modify or reschedule the service. If we anticipate being more than 7 minutes late, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible to allow you the opportunity to modify your schedule accordingly.

We understand that life happens. Repeat policy violations may incur the following fees at the sole discretion of the service provider:

Late Arrival or Last Minute Reschedule (1st time): $40 (2nd time) = 50% of the Service Cost

No Show, Cancellation or Reschedule with Less than 24 hour Notice (3rd time) = 100% of the Service Cost

Invalid or Declined Payment Method = 100% Deposit of Service Cost

We proudly sell Balmain Hair Couture and Kanyon Beauty Products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, promptly return products that are less than 25% used for exchange or store credit within 30 days. Special orders such as hair extensions, brushes and appliances cannot be refund once used.

We may, with your permission, use video or imagery of your likeness for educational and marketing purposes, but we will never share personal or identifying information without authorization. Color formulas, addresses, phone numbers, birthdays and appointment history are solely used in house and never shared with third parties.

We want you to “Love your Hair again”. In that spirit, we offer Hair insurance. We will gladly perform a complimentary revision within 14 days of your initial service, or extend a credit towards a future visit. Please note if the adjustment is significant, or involves an additional service, we may include a fee to cover the additional labor and supply cost.
